Chicken Stir Fry with Plum & Ginger Port
- Stir Fry Vegetables
- Oyster Sauce
- Springdell Preservative Free Plum & Ginger Port
- Saute the sliced chicken pieces, oil and garlic to your taste in a wok
- Then add your desired stir fry vegetables, and saute.
- I like plenty of juice with my stir fry’s so I add in a very good splash of Plum & Ginger Port to the dish and maybe a good splash in my glass to drink on the side LOL
- To thicken & add further flavor I then add the oyster sauce.
- Cook so to your desired tastes. I personally like my vegetables to be crunchy.
- Enjoy on a bed of fluffy rice
